How to Send Smart Alert Asking for a Load.

Hi guys, Today I am going to discuss how to ask for a load from a family member, a friend or someone close to you. We usually sometimes end up in expired load in somewhere there is no available loading area and we don't want to use the "Utang load" features of Smart. So, it came to our mind to alert someone that we do not have a load and he or she will call us or send us a load.

So, How do we message our friend or family member to ask for load?


How to send Smart alert?

Dial *808 + 11 digit number of a person you want to ask load from.

Example: *80809191234567 then press call.


A message will arrive at your friend or family like this, see message below.

SMARTAlert:
09197774321(example this is your number) is
requesting for you to Pasaload
P5. Any reply
after 12 midnight
will be disallowed.
Please reply with
<YES> or <NO>

A charge of 1 peso is applied plus 5 pesos if you reply YES, you don't want to pasaload (send a load) you can disregard this message.

If reply anything you will be charge 1 peso for replying to this message but Smart will not charge you  for 5 pesos Pasaload (send a load) request.

You can request pasaload from Smart if you are Talk n Text or request from Talk n Text if you are Smart. I think same with Sun Prepaid from Smart or TNT or vice versa, not tested.
