Using Globe prepaid sim while visiting someone or working abroad as an OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker) without a Globe Roaming Promo you will be charge with regular rates. 

When you are in Asia, Europe, Africa or America regular rates will apply if you are not registered to any promo.
